For best results, if frozen, thaw completely and use within 72 hours.
1. In a pot, bring 1 Cup of water to a boil with rice. Stir, then cover and
simmer gently for 10 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove
from heat, let stand for 5 minutes & serve.
2. Preheat oven to 425°. Remove contents of pan and spray bottom with
nonstick spray. Remove chicken from bag ( discard bag ) and place
chicken into the pan, bake uncovered for approximately 15 minutes.
3. Pour sauce cup over top the chicken. Place pan back into oven and allow
to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until sauce has become bubbly
and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°. ***Note, not all ovens
are the same and some may take less time or longer to cook.***
4. Serve chicken over rice, spoon extra sauce out of pan to serve with
chicken, and enjoy!
