Thaw completely in fridge, use within 72 hours. 1. Place rice in a strainer and rinse rice thoroughly with cold water. In a pot, bring 1 Cup of water to a boil with rice. Stir, then cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, pour beef into cornstarch bag. Seal and shake vigorously. 3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, pour oil into skillet and lightly fry up the beef, cooking until the edges are golden brown. Internal temp. of 140° for medium. 4.
